Driven by our shared passions for street fashion, music, and street art, we established an online and physical store in Poznań.

Scope of Activities:
Financial Management: Handling all budgets necessary for running the business, including merchandise, development, and marketing budgets.
- Collaboration: Partnering with marketing agencies, freelancers, and web developers.
- Merchandise Contracting: Attending fashion brand showrooms in Milan, Berlin, and Warsaw to secure contracts.
- Graphic Identity: Creating a cohesive visual identity, including logo design, informational and event graphics, stickers, and flyers.
- Marketing Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including campaigns on Google AdWords and MetaAds, and building sales funnels.
- Content Creation: Producing videos and organizing elaborate photo shoots, including selecting models, styling clothing, and scouting locations. We also conducted product shoots in a studio.
- E-commerce Development: Continuously improving website UX, adding new functionalities, and enhancing SEO through blog content creation.
- Store Design and Merchandising: Designing and organizing the layout and merchandising of the physical store.
- Recruitment: Sourcing and hiring new team members.
- Influencer Marketing: Building the store's image and attracting new customers through collaborations with influencers. Over several years, we formed dozens of partnerships, carefully selecting individuals from the social media sphere. Together, we planned terms of collaboration and organized joint photo shoots. Notable collaborators included Zuza Kołodziejczyk (@zuzol), @maciej_i_ubrania, @majajanowska), Klaudia Szafrańska from Xxanaxx (@laboleth), (@paniekscelencja), Rosalie (@sheisrosalie).
- Own Clothing Collections: Designing original clothing collections in collaboration with artists, coordinating production with sewing factories, and promoting our own merchandise.
- Event Organization: Planning events from start to finish, including coordinating with brands, artists, and music venues; conceptualizing the event; preparing the space; promoting the event; and booking artists.
